Even the small one is. \n\nYou can get it on amazon or a cheaper one but you need to make sure it’s a trucker gps. With height length weight settings so it will route you according to your truck. \n\nMind you a map book is the best but garmin does the best. ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Google maps has the most amount of resources put into any gps by millions. Bar none. Although it’s not truck specific. Use a paper atlas, get one at any truck stop for under 40 bucks and it’ll last you for years. Pre plan on atlas and confirm with google maps and you should be good. New York State marks their over passes 12 inches lower than they really are. Some are more than 12 inches off. Good luck 🍀 ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"All truck GPS have issues with Atlanta. My McNally just locks up and has to be restarted. My Garmin will not route inside 285 at all. Most of the time I'm allowed to be there but I have to put it in car mode for a route. \n\nIf your Qualcomm doesn't route you around Atlanta then your company doesn't have it set up right or they're not paying for all the features. Qualcomm uses Garmin navigation. Same voice and everything. But your company can edit routes you're allowed to use. 80% of the time it's safe to cross Atlanta. I rarely see trucks pulled over, I've never been pulled over. When they pull trucks it's an all day event and they just want the money. I've seen that happen twice in 5 years.","replyToPid":0}

I bet you will find a faster way using the road atlas then what the gps tells you. I beat mine by 30 minutes to an hour almost every time. I also stay pretty close to my paid miles using a road atlas. ","replyToPid":0}
