As a newbie how do you know which Walmarts let you park overnite and which ones will not? Goin to CDL school in 11 days

{"replyTo":"","text":"you have to be creative. where you are geographically is also a huge factor.  midwest is flush w truck stops but northeast is small travel plazas. weigh stations usually have a lot out back for inspections and never once have I been hassled there. load planning is a great concept but not everyone can stop at 1600 for the night. just dont park on the side of highway. you might not wake up.","replyToPid":0}

Also speak with a manager or the lead at customer service just to make sure. Usually as long as you go to a vacant area of the lot, promise not to liter or use the lot as a restroom and you're out of there before it gets busy, they will let you in some of the small town lots. Just remember to position yourself to where you're facing an exit and that you have a little curb room and room in front and back of you to maneuver in case some joker in a 4 wheeler or camper trailer parks too close to you.
