","text":"I was in orientation for a company a couple of years ago and a young guy couldn’t speak English and needed his cousin (also an immigrant) to act as his translator. I’m all for equality and opportunity but this was disgusting. You can’t be expected to perform all the necessary duties of a truck driver safely and efficiently if you can’t even read, write, or speak the language. Mind you this was for dry van common freight so you never know what you’re up against with a customer you’ve never been to before. ","replyToPid":286813}
