Now they have a nationwide database of test results. Worse, say you lie. An accident while having lied about something like that turns misdemeanors into felonies. The lawyers will always check. There are too many drivers who have totalled their lives by doing things like lying on job applications. These days, if you lose a civil case where you committed a crime, you can't bankrupt out from under the debt. One truck accident could load you up with a $250000 or more of debt that is bearing interest. It isn't a game I want to play."}
