{"replyTo":"","text":"If you are the person backing letting everyone by before you start backing is proper. \n\nIf you are waiting for someone. You wait till you can get by without being in your way. \n\nAlso if you need to do a pull up yet there is room for trucks to get around you let them go by. Your are parking what’s the hurry. Your log is already using on duty time because you are under that 5 mph mark. That’s why sometimes you sit there for 4 min waiting for it to flip to on duty because you parked fast. Or if it takes you awhile you end up waiting only 2 min to flip or it flips while you are backing because it took that long to get into that spot. ","replyToPid":0}
