{"text":"I was pretty set on working for Fastenal after graduating one week before Christmas... their hiring process is a little slower than most big companies. I was unwilling to wait and I and thought maybe bulk hazmat will be the way to go. Because of my inexperience, I couldn't find a company to train me to drive tankers. I done a little research and found Schneider. Last week I joined Schneider, flew from Atlanta to Houston. I passed all the tests and will be leaving with a trainer this Tuesday. I don't know where my trainer will be. I will be completely in the dark until Monday afternoon.the pay doesn't seem that great, I don't like having to come in for training 14 days in a row, no days off... having to be there from 7 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. yes, they made us come in for New Year's day. This has been a major pain in the ### and I am sick of being in the hotel. All I keep hearing is Schneider's terrible pay. All the students see this is just a stepping stone to move on to better things. I'm not looking at just making maximum money off the rip I want to get good quality experience that way I can make hiring me an excellent option.What have I gotten myself into...After Schneider what are my best options to make a good living?\n\n","pics":"[]","canComment":null}
