Stranded in Chicago

But I would take the truck back to where your employer wants you to leave it. \n\nStart looking for a flight home and book it out of Ohare.  When you return the truck and drop the keys ask him to pay for the tickets, uber. If he refuses ask for at least half and be on your way. \n\nIf you have to much stuff in your truck rent a small locker for 50 bucks and leave it there until you can get back to pick it up. This is only worth it if what your storing is worth worth more then the cost of storage. \n   \nThe Last thing you want on your DAC is truck abandonment. This will render you unhireable. Again, this is the Last thing you want on your DAC. \n\nWhen you return the truck, ask for a delivery receipt and make sure you and your employer both take pics of the unit to release yourself of any liabilities. \n\nWhen you get to Ohare, there are a few good bars, have a drink and know that you did what a professional Driver would do and pat your self on the back. \n \nGood Luck...
