US AutoLogistics (USAL) Company info wanted

I am interested to know more about their pay structure and lanes.I recently was told, that they have a mixture of milage pay plus a certain amount paid per car loaded. If you are loading a backhaul, the amount paid per car seems to be considerably higher.I contacted the company but they have not been very helpful so far.
