{"text":"Our trailer got stuck at this stupid company for 3 days. Without a notice, nor they are in a hurry to unload us either...we have lost $4,000 due to the loss of these loads...any ideas on how to get our trailer back and get a compensation? {"replyTo":"","text":"You should have called the broker after two hours and asked for detention pay. If I were not unloaded by the fallowing morning I would have told the broker to find a place you can drop the load off to. ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I guess it varies from company to company. We got 250$/ day... one time we got stuck with half a load, my boss asked an absurd amount per day. They asked us to drop the load to a cold storage place.... ","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"🤔 Wayment what?!?!?! That makes no sense, why aren't they unloading you?? Heck even XPO isn't that bad and they take FOREVER, but I call and always get my detention pay.","replyToPid":0}
","text":"The situation was as follows: in Rate confirmation it said we can deliver early and our appointment was on Sunday 8:am. We arrived at 2:am and called the broker etc.. That was the main point when I booked the load. Now the broker had miscommunication with his customer about a drop trailer situation. So the facility took our trailer and not giving it back and the load is still inside. It’s “returns” from some company(I didn’t understand whether it was mail or actual products. It’s Tuesday today and we still don’t have neither trailer no an estimate on when we can keep on working. Our broker does not have any answers for us either...","replyToPid":255955}
