{"replyTo":"","text":"if you want to know what actively monitored means then next time you go through the tube look at all the cameras that are on every light post and every corner of the building and then understand that someone is watching those cameras all the time because if you're out of service and then they shut down the coop and go home and then you leave they're going to catch you that's what they're trying to tell you","replyToPid":0}
