{"text":"SAN DIEGO — Trucking leaders discussed how potential changes to federal regulations and international trade policy may soon affect the industry during American Trucking Associations' 86th annual Management Conference & Exhibition, held from Oct. 5-8. \n\nThe event, which drew 2,764 attendees to the ATA, for one, is a proponent of increased flexibility with those rules and is working to craft, among other key issues — pending changes to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's hours-of-service regulations for truck drivers.
