U can pull a reefer for 30 years but if u join a company that only does low bed work then ur not gonna make top dollar. {"replyTo":"","text":"Driver there is definitely something wrong with your pay, The numbers don't add up, Always keep track of all your miles, I want through the same BS at CR England, every week my pay was wrong, I even received a check where it was -$38.00 payroll would always claim they never received all my receipts Wash outs, Lumper fee's ect.and cut short trips, Thinking I would not notice, they would deduct it from my pay, I didn't take any cash advances, We would only make $61.00 per shift, That's why they were sued there is a federal minimum wage, But I would take home $431.00 per week I lasted 8.5 months then I went to small carrier, Who I talked into giving me a chance Because they were looking for min 2yrs. experience, Ran like a madman, Then when I received my 1st check I was like 😳😳😳 I thought they made a mistake and paid me $1486.00 for 7 days, Also an honest company will pay you Actual odometer miles, None of that Practical, Google, Air, Or PC miles BS also where you drive and what your truck is governed all factors in to money I average approx. $350. per shift now. Company I’m with wants 5 yrs experience and 5 yrs no moving violations, along with 3 yrs no accidents. No major moving violations or dui in last 10 years.
