{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"I wasn’t going by their stupid log book rules I was sleeping ,resting whenever I felt tired and wanted to rest and driving whenever I’m wide awake. I was trying to be a human being but the stupid government wants to baby sit and treat truckers like low class citizens telling us when to sleep and when to drive which is a very dangerous game, you drive for 11 with 15-30 minutes pre trip inspection 30 minutes at a fuel station, another 30 minutes break and 30 minutes bathroom break, plus you pray that you get loaded or unloaded quickly.  your day is pretty much screwed up and you better pray that you actually get some sleep in your 10 hours sleeper time whenever that is which isn’t healthy not having a sleep schedule and not getting sleep at night which is the best time for your body to get all that it needs "}
