{"replyTo":"","text":"I agree with washing your hands and take showers daily as any human should have been doing all their lives. Social distancing does very little at preventing catching any air borne virus. And as for choosing freedom over security I think Ben Franklin said it best: “People willing to trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither and will lose both.” \nIn my previous reply I did ask what you or anyone else reading all that, that if a member of your household contracted the virus do you really think that it would not spread to everyone else in the house even though you wear a mask? The argument over whether or not masks work has never been resolved. I can show you research by PhD holding researchers on both sides of the argument. Hmmm, airborne virus and mask only cover nose and mouth not eyes or the entire body. Just thinking logically out loud...\nI say, keep on trying to come up with a vaccine for the symptoms, but absolutely take your own personal steps to insure your own health and immune systems so neither this virus or the next will kill you and maybe even prevent you from having any symptoms at all. \nIt can be done. I have volunteered in some of the most dangerous diseased places on Earth and not once have I been sick for more than 24 hours if that. I haven't even had the common cold in over 30 years. Before I learned how to improve my immune systems I caught the measles as an adult in the military and all symptoms were gone 24 hours later. I feel just about anyone can learn how to keep a healthy immune and digestive system. \nHumans were never meant to get sick. We do it to ourselves by how we eat and live and have polluted the world. The world is a VERY dangerous place.","replyToPid":0}

","text":"Wearing a mask is hardly giving up your freedom. Nor is conducting yourself in a civilized manner, you can be arrested for disorderly conduct.\n\nit's really common sense, air borne diease, wearing a mask reduces the dissipation and spread of the air. The longer you stay in an enclosure, the less effect the mask because of the dilution of fresh air.\n\nI didn't answer your question because it was a very hypothetical and non-relevant question. Your question wasn't answered because it was irrelevant to the discussion. Obviously if somebody got sick in your household, you would quarantine the sick individual, and if that person is dying you can leave one person to take care of them and that person can risk dying as well, and the rest of the family can get a hotel room; that is if the hospital will not admit them.","replyToPid":390735}

988175 发表于 2020-07-25 16:10:36 let's just let active shooters run loose then, because we got more deaths from drunk drivers. spos Fox news sheeps. 100,000 deaths could have been prevented if people just wore a mask and washed their hands.
","text":"Sir you really need to check your facts before spreading fear. First the masks. There is no science that they are doing any good. European countries that never masked have the same or lower death rate per million as the US. Second the death numbers in the US are not entirely accurate. Every single person the enters a hospital in the US is tested for covid no matter the reason you are there. If you test positive and expire for any reason you are listed as a covid death. The reason for this is hospitals are receiving funds from the fed government for every patient treated with covid and every patient that expires with covid. \nSo if you examine this from a purely mathematical perspective the death rate of this disease is somewhere in the same neighborhood as any other strain of the flu. If hospitals were to test every patient year around for the flu upon entering the building and report even car accident victims as flu deaths because they tested positive we would always be locked down. \nJust so you know I am not just spewing bs. My grandmother passed away three weeks ago. She was 87 years old and had a massive stroke. On her death certificate her cause of death was listed as covid. She had it five weeks ago and had beaten it. Also my brother is a DR and verified the fact the hospitals are getting extra funding for treating covid patients and even more when they pass. What better way to keep the scare going then to pay hospitals most of which have been running in the red for years. \nIn closing it is my belief this pandemic was a very convenient way to destroy the economy during an election year and scare Americans into a mail in ballot. If your unsure thats the case you should have a look at Sweden. They never stopped living and although they had alot of sickness and death early on they have stabilized and have been decreasing cases and deaths ever since. Their death rate is at or below the regular flu. ","replyToPid":390653}

{"replyTo":"","text":"That's is what I was trying to say about the masks and the numbers. Nowhere did I mean for any of the readers to fear. Putting emotional response to text is a practice in futility. \nI guess I am confused about what you said about if people just wore masks and washed their hands that 100,000 people would not of died. I disagree on that. \nI am in total agreement with you on what you just said in response to what I was trying to say just above.","replyToPid":0}

Besides I didn't say anything about not acting in a civilized manner. \nI'm in total agreement on your last paragraph and that's what I was trying to get across do anyone reading my statement. \nDon't get me started on doctors or nurses. I'll keep my opinions about them to myself.","replyToPid":0}

147103 发表于 2020-07-26 02:14:36 Your  100% right. since virus came about. not a single person in the United State has died of anything else. What about all the cancer and other diseases people die of every year. I'm sure if homicide deaths could be blamed on covid I'm sure they would.
