An open heat source could burn you and you could get an infection and possibly contract some sort of disease from the truck stop. Also cooking supplies add weight taking away from the amount of payload that you can haul making your company money. It is much better just to eat a buffet or out of a can of tuna like I do. Remember you only have one body and you should treat it as a temple and not possibly get it burned in your truck and also that takes up a lot extra space that you could use for coloring books and crayons. My favorite color is red.
