","text":"It don’t actually include mouthwash. It depends on the alcohol content. I don’t know off had but if you read the law mouthwash it not mentioned. Beer wine and distilled drinks are. They would have a had time fighting a ticket for mouthwash unless you were drunk at the time. I’ll try to remember to look it up and post the actual statute.  ","replyToPid":184863}
