","text":"The example graph on the FMCSA's Web site shows the 3 HR taking place first. I haven't found anything in print that it has to. I'm still looking for reputable print stating the 7 must be first. If it is true I prefer to stick to the 8/2 where I have control of it.","replyToPid":402281}
