If you want to go the o/o route there’s lots of resources online and talk to someone who’s done it a long time in person! If you want to stay company drivers then I recommend Walmart! Believe it or not they have a better pay package than probably anyone and I’m sure their benefits are decent. Plus you’ll get home regularly. It’s probably the smartest thing to do, honestly. If I was a company driver I’d go there first! Good luck
