It’s actually funny how most of dispatchers have no idea what we have to go through. As a matter of fact it probably would be a good idea for any dispatcher new in the business to do a week of shadowing a driver before they start working so they would take in consideration lots of aspects and understand the logistics part of logistics business 😆
