","text":"Not at all. I have 2 suitcases (1 for clothes, 1 for tools and appliances). From my experience, my company keeps their trucks in great shape.  I’m the type to do a very thorough pretrip when I get my truck & request any repairs be completed before I take it on the road. I have yet to have an issue. Also, I’ve never been stranded anywhere. After I’ve been on the road for 2wks, my boss actually starts asking me when I plan to come home. I typically run 5wks at a time, but when I’m ready, I let him know, and he gets me home. It’s overwhelming in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it’s extremely fun. I feel like they didn’t take enough time to work out the kinks, and now that the deadline is approaching, they’re rushing to put it out & aren’t able to address the glitches efficiently.

","text":"Agreed I have been using elog for awhile different types an brands they work just have to plan better.  Yes, some companies do that wait to long then cram it an hope works.  Hope they can fix sooner than later.  Definitely makes frustrating first time using if breaks right away.  Good luck.🍀 ","replyToPid":189465}

","text":"The great thing about my company is, if I get into a truck and it’s not up to my standards...I take pics, and clean it. The company will pay me for the time it takes and whatever supplies I use. Also, in terms of changing trucks, it all depends on the demand. I’m actually super lucky. Being from Chicago, I’m in one of the busiest regions, so I’ve been able to get the majority of my tours in the surrounding area. I’ve also been able to keep my original truck and transfer it to other surrounding markets. Now, if I go to, let’s say Cali, or Texas, I’d fly out, & change trucks. If you find a region you really like, & your boss is super cool, you can request to remain in that region for a while... that way, your truck will pretty much remain the same and you won’t have to unpack it nearly as often. I’ve literally unpacked my truck only once within the last 5mo. It’s pretty sweet. Then, after doing a min of 3 weeks, you get a week off. If you choose to stay out longer, you’ll get a bonus for ever week you stay out, up to 6weeks. ","replyToPid":189568}

","text":"I hope I soothed your concerns. We are always looking for great operators that have experience over many different divisions. With our program, the positions I know we have availability for are intermodal & tanker. I choose to run intermodal, but I’d considering running tanker, depending on the region.
