{"replyTo":"","text":"That's exactly what I'm doing running load boards.  The company I leased onto furnish the dispatchers they run the load by me to see if I want it usually paying $2 mile avg if its something I'm interested in I say lets go with it.  At the end of the week they take a 20 percent split off the top.  I look at it like this its the price you have to pay to get my experience and learned to do it myself.","replyToPid":0}

","text":"That's a good way to look at it. It's a stepping stone only. Make sure you have about 3 months of operation expenses on the side when you're ready to activate and some direct customers. Most importantly....stick to your rate. Coming in trying to undercut everyone just puts you out of business eventually. Think big...not cheap.","replyToPid":159277}
