{"replyTo":"","text":"ain't got nothin to do with that... every shipper wants to pay the cheapest rate they possibly can.\n\nso think about it... you have 100 trucks in say Seattle but that week theres only 20 loads that anyone anywhere has  leaving Seattle ... well,that leaves 80% ofthe trucks with nothing to haul... it will drive the frieght in that area down quick...\n\nnow let's do the opposite theres only 20 trucks but 100 loads..  the shippers will want their load moved but this time its gonna be lil more difficult cuz shippers are gonna compete","replyToPid":0}
