","text":"take a slab of sirloin, get a lime and coat both sides lightly, marinate it with Worcestershire sauce and put mesquite rub on 1 side, drizzle with cooking oil and place in a pan over medium heat and cook with sliced onions (half rings) add a little minced garlic or garlic salt for flavor. cook meat till desired liking,  top with cilantro and enjoy","replyToPid":62376}
