{"replyTo":" 634166 发表于 2019-06-10 04:02:54 I know it’s a tough question to answer, but I’m just looking for some rough numbers. Like if you get a weekly check, then what is a typical amount? And how much did you have to work for that? ","text":"You can't really base your pay on what others tell you. My opinion is that you should start the driver out on a set figure. ex: 45 cents per mile. Then based on his experience ( does he keep truck maintenance up checking oil, tires, fluids, etcetera) Does he pass DOT inspections.? Is he accident free. Does he make pick up/ delivery on time.Upon evaluating his skills as a driver. You can then raise his pay accordingly. Do that don't forget there are the 150 truck driving academy out here. if you pay him the going rate without checking his abilities first it could cost you more money in the end from lack of everyday knowledge","replyToPid":61844} |
