Eww.\n\nWhen I do brush my teeth inside my truck because it’s raining or too far to walk to, then I use a disposable cup to spit and rinse my mouth into. Then when you go outside, you throw the water on ground, not pavement. Nothing wrong with that. You can also do it outside if it’s not raining.
