","text":"It’s sad, because any action you take that was suggested, doing something to hinder the driver, will ultimately negatively affect other innocent driver.  Eg  bolt, tires, kingpin latch, all will delay another driver behind. \nThe only true way is talking to the driver, which may take a long time for them to understand why they shouldn’t be inconsiderate of others.
