{"replyTo":"","text":"sometimes they sound like an airplane taking off. when they rev up like that it makes me nuts. there's also some vibration going on in the speaker in my bunk when I have just the right reefer. I always use my APU to make the noise consistent. I blow the fan all night to keep it running. I try not to park next to people who are alone and not reefer. like the flatbed guy alone in the back row. theres always one of those.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I try to park where other reefers are, but sometimes it doesn't happen.  I've done both dry van and reefer and there has been many times when I pulled dry that I had to park next to one or vice versa and didn't get a wink hardly. {"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"I always tried to avoid parking next to a non-reefer when I ran reefer.  I would circle the lot looking for other reefers to park next to before taking an empty space.\n\nWas even numerous times I'd pull into a independent truck stop later and see the first row with quiet trucks so I'd park in the rear of the lot and when waking up in the morning, see other reefers around me or just people idling.  Leaving the closer row full of quiet non-reefer, non-idling trucks.\n\nYea, there are inconsiderate (or just naive) people out there.  But there are just as many who do have consideration.  You just don't know because they are being considerate."}
