","text":"Yes to both, a few weeks ago I couldn’t pull the handle after it go loaded n then when it did the pins wouldn’t release. Even had the guys come with a forklift n a heavy duty chain to pull the handle n that sucker wouldn’t budge. Got a citation for it. ","replyToPid":287182}
