","text":"Yup.  You I keep forgetting that you are a lawyer that has 50 state jurisdiction.\n\nI was unaware that every trucking company uses the exact same orientation.  So you sign consent to have audio recording in the truck?  You said in one post that \nConsent is implied by virtue of merely being employed by the company, then in this last post you say eavesdropping (still illegal) is covered in orientation.  Well? Which is it?\n\nI know all about this because my union is fighting driver facing cameras as we speak. And when the subject of audio recording capabilities comes up, even ABF knows that different states laws are different enough that they cannot make themselves compliant in every state.\n\nBut you go ahead and believe what you want there, driver.  I mean, you have that license to practice in all 50 states after all","replyToPid":275393}
