Given the choice I think most people would choose to be healthy up to the day that they die and not have to take some kind of meds or whatever. What the American people have been told for about the last 50+ years or so on what is healthy for you to eat is a LIE and pretty much a guarantee to destroy your auto-immune system. Show me a driver that has been driving for a few years that doesn't have any health issues at all or take any sort of meds... Myself, I haven't so much as caught a cold in the years since I found out what I was told was the standard American diet and was healthy food was an absolute lie. Don't be bullied, to use Automatics words, into thinking what you have been told about what is healthy food is ready healthy or even made for human consumption and good for you. P. S.
