{"replyTo":" 688983 发表于 2019-11-29 14:14:24 I might be pops to you. But my dad always said back in as you can always drive out. Maybe if you younger know it all's had better training things wouldn't be getting banged up 😉 ","text":"With all due respect, its really not even a young ppl thing. Its simply poor training and/ or inflated egos. I served an 11 mos sentence at Swift 😥😂 and I saw a lot older ppl getting into trucking but they came in with an arrogant attitude that Im older than you, you cant teach me anything. So they get into a truck and fail bcuz they wont listen. Same with some younger ppl, looking to make fast money. Went thru good training but retained none of it bcuz they want to do whatever & look cool. Get in a parking lot & they taking out a light post. Yes companies can do a better job of ttaining but what a person does once they in that seat is up to them. FYI, Ive only nosed in that 1 time. After that I spent the first hour of my 10 hr breaks practicing in parking lots away from others. I had good training at Roehl but got to Swift & it just went out the window somehow. I made an effort to be a better driver. Most ppl dont. Be safe out there veteran driver 👌","replyToPid":267872} |
