SO WHEN IT SAYS TANDEMS AT 5TH HOLE IN CALIFORNIA , DOES THAT MEANS TENDEMS CAN BE AT ANYWHERE FROM 1ST TO 5TH HOLE ?

{"replyTo":"","text":"FWIW, there was 1 time I got an overweight permit for an excavator loaded on an RGN (Removable Goose Neck) that was grossing me just under 80k lbs..  I could shift the weight to the steers by sliding 5th wheel plate forward to make it legal, but I wouldn't be able to make turns without trailer digging into drive tires. A weird catch 22.\n\nI figure if you are talking about holes, you have a van trailer with multiple pieces.  Can't permit a load overweight that is reducible.","replyToPid":0}

","text":"yup , all they had to do was take a pallet or half off the trailer . but gentleman over at shipping office with tremendous amount of attitude , says I am not gonna reduce the load . so, I am not gonna drive . now go figure whose fault it is."}
