I think you should be able to move your rig to a parking space without being penalized \n(.2 of a mile or something) to get drivers out of the way of the pumps and finish ones 30min. Secondly I think we should be able to do our 2-3 first and 7-8 hr or any way we want, it would be nice to have those stop our 14hr clock say when were in a load or offload situation to a lot of time after driving a few hrs I get sleepy and pull over for two hrs and sleep 2-3 hrs better than I did all  10 hrs off","replyToPid":0}

","text":"if you eld dont recognize the new split berth then you need to call the eld company. but if you split berth your time you won't have a 30 min break if done right. as for some running paperlogs that's on them to cheat the system its on them sooner or later they will get caught and black flagged when the right DOT inspection is done. but you can split your time in sleep berth being the correct way if the ELD company sets its update the way it should","replyToPid":403069}

I think that's why there is more mistakes being made because we don't have a long enough time to actually get a shower or take a nap or like some of us take the time out to eat right and not so much on the go. plus some of us only need 6 to 7 hours of sleep and we're rested. and there's a lot of us that always take a break more than 30 minutes a day anyway if we get the chance to . but with this 14-hour hinders all of us
