{"replyTo":"","text":"The more flexibility the better. Some of us function great on 5 hrs rest others require 8 or more. Each driver must know what he/she needs and get it. To scrap the 14hr rule would not be a good idea because some folks are to dumb to know when to stop. What should be strengthened to make the HOS better is the accountability of companies that put to much time pressure on their drivers. If stiffer penalties were directed at the companies driver stress and fatigue would be less. ","replyToPid":0}
