{"replyTo":"","text":"I drive a 2018 Volvo with I-shift. It’s awesome in traffic, pulls hills decently and does well on fuel. If my company didn’t have it governed to the wall, it would be amazing! I ran a 2015 freightshaker cascading with an auto, it did decently also. But I experienced the idle cutoff, occasional radio issues, the buckboard ride and way too much noise lol. I’m more than happy with the Volvo. Smoother ride, quieter and it only shuts down when the temp drops below about 75. \n\nAs far as the clutch overheat thing? Try to avoid ‘creeping’ under load and always try to be sure you’re in the lowest possible gear starting out with heavy stuff. Disengaging the ‘hill assist’ feature when you’re backing helps a lot, also. \n\nEnjoy the automatic, like others have said. The advantages are well worth not playing with your stick all the time! 😂","replyToPid":0} |
