","text":"We really need to get away from cpm renumeration.  I spend hours doing free stuff from eld entry, pre and post trips, fuelling, picking trip plans and filing out paperwork, etc.  I'm getting about 55 cpm CAD plus a few bones thrown at me like 1/2 hour pay at borders.  Benefits are basic, no vision!?, and rrsp is limited to a paltry 1000$ a year.  \n\nI think we are better off paid for each on duty hour.  Last time I calculated my time and pay I was barely breaking 20$ an hour.","replyToPid":206434}
