Getting into leasing/owner op

{"replyTo":"","text":"thanks to all that replied, I appreciate it..but yes I was planning on getting into a lease from an outside company. \n\nI'm just tired of the low pay & low miles I am getting with who I work for now along with the piss poor communication & other issues that also make it hard for me to want to stay put. I really wanted to stay with 1 company the full first year but there is no way now that I see how they operate. The bad thing for me is I have some issues with my MVR so I may not be able to move to a better company anytime soon & that is not acceptable. ..I knew it would be sacrifices to do this kind of work but for the amount of time I'm working compared to my miles & pay, I am not getting anywhere...its almost as bad or worse than when I had a regular job.
