","text":"There is nothing any agency can do if they are not dispatching you illegally. \n\nIf they are cutting you closer than you like and you talking to them about it is not helpful. Fall short and hit some short 10 or 15 minute violations on your log and they will slack up on the time. ","text":"I would go to your bosses boss and let him know that if you don’t start getting your 34 every week or at least every other week you are going to find a new job. \n\nIt’s not fair for a company to make a driver work 7 days a week every week running recap unless that driver wants to. The company does collect CSA points for it just the same as you do but the fine is only on you. \n\nI am just assuming a parking ticket has CSA points with it but not positive that it does I have never got one or looked into it. \n\nIf there is no CSA points to a parking ticket then the company don’t get even the ding on their CSA score ","replyToPid":0}
