","text":"I used to live in Nevada City and then Colfax off of the West side of Donnar.. the CHP out of Dutch Flat office take care of some of 80 up there. the CHP by Truckee take care of the summit.  thier is 2 counties that are on Donner Placer and Nevada County. I believe Sierra  county has a bit in there also. \n your going to have to call the county Clerk.  Nevada County is in Nevada City... Placer County is in Placerville.  I don't remember where Sierra county seat is.","replyToPid":168118}
