{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"My thieghs start to ache after a while if I don't walk around and exercise my leg muscles.  I try to walk around a bit when I stop for the night.  Like park near the back of a truck stop lot so you can walk to the building, or walk around the lot a few times.  If I stop at a rest area I will walk a lap or a few around the perimeter.  There are also a bunch of rest areas that have actual trails.  Many in Iowa and Nebraska have trails, some in Florida as well.  There are also a lot of rest areas without trails but are large enough to offer a nice walk around the perimeter in the grass."}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Another thought which is common with most newbe drivers is your seat is to high.  Your feet when not on the pedals should be flat on the floor like at the kitchen table, and you should be able to kick out your right leg and rest it on the accelerator without stretching or adjusting your seated position.   When seat is to high your feet are slightly dangling even if it doesn't feel that way and it applys pressure to the back of the legs and slows blood flow, causing a multitude of issues that you may or may not notice right now but will affect you long term.  \nMost new drivers hike the seat up so they can see the end of their hood and the ground directly in front.  This also causes very bad posture,  more blind spots and forms a habit of not looking farther ahead.","replyToPid":0}
