Shippers and receivers don’t care about your time and will keep you there hours on end. Better have a good detention pay scale. I would stay as far away from otr reefers as possible, but that’s just my experience. \nI have about 2 years OTR reefer and 3 years Sysco food service. \nBoth were pretty rough for different reasons.
