{"replyTo":"","text":"in the winter time and it's cold and if you have been driving in snow or wet roads pull it down just a bit to get your trailer brakes to just start to rub. it will generate heat and dry them out and prevent them from freezing. do this before parking for the night like when your getting off onto the exit ramp","replyToPid":0}
