I rarely ever (if I need it) as another driver to spot me.\nI actually teach (on my own time) drivers and \"trainers\" how to back up a tractor trailer.\nUsually that happens in a truck stop early in the morning/day.\nSince I drive nights I am usually parking around the same time guys are being taught (usually incorrectly) how to back up.\nAnd being \"taught\" how to do it is a concept I still can't grasp...\nPut it in reverse, look in mirrors, let off the clutch, turn wheel a little at a time to line yourself up. Back up.\nIf it's \"off\"  decide if it's past the point of no return. If it is... Pull up and take another bite at it without doing exactly the same thing you previously done.\nIf it ain't off..
