","text":"I spent 4.5 years with the company that got my feet wet. So I understand. However after working for 3 mega, 1 Ultra and several small outfits I have come to the conclusion that I don't fit into companies where I am a number. \n\nI now drive for a company we 35 trucks, no forced dispatch and they know my name before they answer the phone.","replyToPid":135150}

","text":"I would get my own truck tomorrow, but right at this time they are not allowed here. Mainly because they don't come standard with D.E.F.\n\nI've heard there's a way to circumnavigate the rules and bring it thru Mexico, but that's too much work.","replyToPid":135540}
