If you get your hazmat first it'll make getting your twic that much easier and cheaper depending on the state you're licensed. Doubles and tripples i would leave last on the list to license endorse..Unless you're planning to running accounts like FedEx or UPS as an example in the coming months.  Cattle haul... go for it.
