","text":"I’m not recommending excessive company jumping.  Make the right decision the next time, but if someone clearly lied to you, right down to changing the type of job ( lease to company driver) a quick jump (preferably during orientation...but after if necessary) is not inappropriate.  Just stay at the next one for a minimum of a year...and as far as your credit rating, pay on time and you’re fine.","replyToPid":29893}

Yes they lie, in big bold letter right where you click to submit an application. “Walk away lease” nope, they will tac on charges for deferred payments, re seat fees and even if you left their equipment on one of their terminals they will charge a truck recovery fee. Lol. They are the criminals of the industry. Leaching off the hard working backs that give them the billions of sales each year. They are a publicly traded company on the NYSE and have hedge funds and stock holders to keep happy. Without the stock market they would be nothing, struggling like swift and probably will fail like Celedon. They are barely holding on to existence, one plunge of the market will send them into bankruptcy. They had to go public in mid 2018 to save the company and now they just hope and pray. Ever since going public they have been reporting less and less sales each quarter but they keep gambling by increasing the fleet more and more hoping for a change. Nope. USXpress is a last ditch hope of employment for the unemployable. They can not even trust a urine test, so they make you strip naked and inspect your body to make sure you will not cheat. They even added hair tests but they still want to see you naked. They are the lowest wage company to drive for.","replyToPid":0}
