","text":"it's cheaper just to pay for showers with the money you're saving not fueling at the major brands. sometimes $50 or more. I use this app for fuel pricing and sometimes call in to double check. I only fuel at love in Kingman, AZ. Reststops are free too, can birdbath there most the time.","replyToPid":22630}

","text":"birdbaths don't cut it when you are on the road 3-4 weeks at a time while running flatbed in all kinds of weather and chemical.  I've done it your way, and like I've said, in my circumstance it works better with the fuel card I have . This is not an opinion piece, it's a numerical fact, as far as I'm aware, that you can save more money fueling at small or independent stations and pay for showers at TA or Loves. Just pick a location and we can find out the fuel difference. At any given spot, I bet TA will be higher by 20 cents a gallon and places like OK, it can be as high as 50. Please enlighten me to how you run and fuel. I fuel anywhere it's cheapest, shower almost daily and pay for showers when I have to.","replyToPid":22643}

I honestly think people just pay more and don't care, you get your \"free\" shower and drinks, and you're content. even with $0.04 off with the fuel program, and an additional $0.04 off if you have diamond status, it's still more expensive.","replyToPid":23563}
