Or find someone who takes bp medicine and is willing to give you a few pills, I really don’t recommend that though. Sometimes sit down and relax, clear your mind, grab a magazine or book(doesn’t matter what the story or book is about), read extremely slow in your mind, it may bring your bp down below 140/90. If no reading material look at posters on a wall that has some writing and do the same thing, even grabbing a bottle of something and reading the ingredients over and over very slowly may work. If nothing to read just count in your mind very slowly and extend the amount of time it takes to say each number in your head. It’s important to hydrate but over hydration can destabilize and also increase your bp as well. First thing in the morning is the best time to have your physical as your bp will increase throughout the day. Hope this helps.  Good luck!","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I don’t recommend taking aspirin or any NSAID to aid in bp reduction. Only in certain people taking low dose aspirin at bedtime may help decrease bp. Reason it isn’t advised to take aspirin or NSAIDS and it is a untrue that they help decrease bp is because they cause the body to retain water and sodium which will cause a rise in bp, especially high doses of aspirin.  Some diuretics can aid in decreasing bp.","replyToPid":0}

I was in your place a few years ago and I  changed my diet and started going for a walk everyday when I parked for the night. high blood pressure is no joke and could lead to a stroke or a heart attack. I strongly suggest  you make a visit to a doctor and have it checked out","replyToPid":0}
