I heard worst from other companies.\njust remember due your research and \nsometime the grass is not greener on the other side.

","text":"The company has gotten a lot worse with micromanaging, hiring anyone with a pulse, they’ve dropped the ball more often than not lately on loads of had to wait 30+ hrs from finishing my load to my next pick up. Can’t make money sitting 10-30+ hrs with no idea when and where your next load is coming and going. \n\nI’m away from my family and so I want to run hard when I’m out and make my time count. I don’t expect to have them big dollar loads and understand occasionally you have to take a garbage load, but if I can’t make much more than my weekly business expenses, then it’s time for a change.","replyToPid":481568}
