A No Parking sign means you can't park here if anyone has a problem with you parking. So long as no one has a problem, you are good. The police are trained to enforce the law absolutely, they are not free minded thinkers. The courts, whom we have trusted in to make impartial judgement, they are corrupt and bias because their livelihood is dependent on the revenue generated by such tickets. That's not to say there can be no justice, but the cost of fighting one ticket at the opportunity cost to do so is not a financially sound judgment to partake.
